Gws has a problem imo in that u can never get enought cash

see the thing is that there are ways to get cash, but you have to be good at the game to get it. (exception was/is farming & chest farming, which I personally hate)

Winning the hall of heroes several times used to set up everyone in the party pretty well for quite some time. But you have to be at least half decent at the game and have good communication to win it.

Which is a very good thing because the skilled players make money while those who cant utilize their char decently to save their life... don't.

Granted in the last 2 weeks the economy has shifted and all runes, including superior vigor, have become dirt cheap. Plus celestial sigils have sunk in price drastically too. This lends itself to the good players get rich scenerio too. Anyone can beat the game eventually and read up on others techniques but the skilled beat the game fast and are the ones who create the effective builds and discover things first, with that they were able to make their money early on before the prices dropped.

The change in the economy is normal, when the game started tons of people were on and few sigils and superiod vigors were floating around. now what with the game being a couple months old and the "newness" factor gone not as many are playing, but still this entire time more and more sigils are being won, 3 every 10 minutes or so, and everyday new superior vigors drop. the supply is increasing at a steady rate while the demand decreases since most guilds only need 1 sigil and most players only need 1 superior vigor, which in turn drives the price way down because fewer are buying since they already have them.

after the rune trader was introduced the price of unidentified superior vigors was still pretty high since people wanted to unlock it for pvp but with last weeks patch faction has destroyed the market for unidentified anything since you can unlock it using faction.

basically prices have dropped on a lot of things to the point where you dont need tons of money to buy them, the only things left that are expensive and now harder to get with less money flowing are the 60k armors from marhan's, granite citadel, and the fissure. While the normal 60k isnt too hard the fissure armor is pretty impossible to get if you dont already have the money. This is a very good thing because the 60k armor isnt needed. you don't get any advantage by owning it so the rich aren't super powered because you can have the same armor stat-wise by buying the 1.5k instead of the 15k.

if you dont have enough money now with 90% of the runes costing 120-300 gold and a system to unlock items for pvp then you just need to play the game some more.

Actually I think Traps was just asking about some decent areas to farm, not how to max out his platinum account so he could sell it online.

Traps, the more difficult the area, usually (not always) the better the drops are there. I prefer to explore and hunt in the Southern Shiverpeaks, and Ring of Fire Isle chain.
